Noor and Tomás met running the support team of a furniture shop that grew faster than its help center. Every week they answered the same questions, and every week the saved replies drifted further from the pages customers could read.

Hollin started as a script that searched their own tickets for the last good answer. It grew into a product when other teams asked for it.

We keep two rules. A reply quotes its source or it waits for a person. And the product should make your help center better, because that is where your customers look first.
