What we collect
- Account details: name, email address and role of each person in a workspace.
- Workspace content: the sources, questions and answers you connect or create.
- Billing details: handled by our payment provider; we keep the invoice record.
- Usage data: which features are used, to keep the service running and improve it.
Why
To provide the service, to bill for it and to answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use workspace content to train shared models.
How long
Workspace content is deleted within 30 days of closing a workspace. Invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. Write to the privacy address on the contact page.
