The agreement between your organisation and Hollin when you use the service.

The service
Hollin drafts replies to questions from sources you connect. You decide which replies are sent and remain responsible for what is sent to your customers.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us at once if you think an account has been used without permission.
Your content
Your sources, questions and answers remain yours. We process them only to provide the service to you, as described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices do not include tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We can end the agreement if the service is used against these terms, after notice where the law allows.
Changes
We tell you by email at least 30 days before a change to these terms that affects you.
