Refunds

Every plan starts with 14 days free, so most teams never need a refund.

Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the month. We do not refund part of a month.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 30 days of a yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 30 days, the plan runs to the end of the year.
Guided setup
The guided setup is refunded in full if you cancel before the first session.
How to ask
Write to the support address on the contact page from an owner’s account. Refunds go back to the original payment method within ten working days.
