What is Hollin?

Hollin

A shared answer desk for any team. It drafts answers from your documents and past replies, cites every source and passes anything uncertain to a person.

A row of weathered metal mailboxes in green, blue and grey on a long wooden rail, with numbers painted on their doors.
Questions arrive from everywhere. Hollin answers each one from what your team already wrote.

How is an answer written?

Hollin

  1. 01

    Read

The question, who is asking and what was said before.

  2. 02

    Find

Passages in your documents, help pages and past replies that answer it.

  3. 03

    Draft

An answer in your team’s words that quotes those passages and numbers each source.

  4. 04

    Check

A person approves it, or it goes out on its own for the topics you allow.

02You

Will it make things up?

Hollin

It answers only from the sources you connect.

Every draft quotes the passages it used, so the person reviewing it can check in a few seconds. When your sources do not cover a question, Hollin says so instead of guessing and passes the question on.

You decide which topics may be sent without review. Everything else waits for a person.

03You

What else does it do?

Hollin

  1. Sourced answers

Where do the answers come from?

From what your team already wrote. Every draft quotes your documents, help pages or past replies, and numbers each source.

  2. Review queue

Can a person check answers first?

Yes. Every draft waits for a person until you allow a topic to be sent on its own.

  3. Handoff to a person

What happens when it doesn't know?

It says so. The question goes to the right person with a summary of the thread and what it searched.

  4. Gaps report

How do we know what's missing?

A report lists every question your sources could not answer, grouped by topic, beside the closest page you already have.

  5. Answers in 24 languages

Can it answer in other languages?

Yes. It answers in the language the question was asked in, quoting sources written in yours.

Where does our data go?

Hollin

It stays in the region you choose and is never used to train shared models.

Sources and questions are encrypted at rest and in transit. Each workspace keeps its own index; nothing is shared between customers. Delete a source and its passages are gone from the index within an hour.
