Topic rules for sending without review
Choose, topic by topic, which replies may go out on their own. Drafts are faster on long threads.
- NewSend without review can be set per topic and per channel, with a daily limit.
- ImprovedDrafts on threads with more than ten messages arrive about twice as fast.
- FixedA source quoted twice in one draft no longer gets two numbers.

Gaps report by topic
The gaps report groups unanswered questions by topic and shows the closest page for each.
- NewGaps are grouped by topic, sorted by how many questions they caused.
- NewEach gap shows the closest existing page and the edits people made.
- ImprovedThe report can be delivered to team chat as well as email.

Answers in the asker's language
Hollin replies in 24 languages while your sources stay in yours.
- NewDrafts are written in the language the question was asked in, in 24 languages.
- NewReviewers see a line of English under each paragraph of a translated draft.
- FixedAccented names in the sources panel no longer show as question marks.

Handoff summaries
Questions handed to a person now arrive with a summary of the thread and what was searched.
- NewHandoffs include a summary, the searches made and the closest pages found.
- NewRoute a topic straight to a person or a team, without a draft.
- ImprovedHandoffs no longer count toward the monthly answer allowance.

Documents as sources
Upload PDFs, Word documents, Markdown and slides as sources.
- NewPDF, DOCX, Markdown and slide files can be uploaded as sources.
- ImprovedHelp page imports keep headings, so drafts can quote a section.
- FixedPast replies with only an attachment are no longer skipped during import.

Every draft now shows its sources beside it, with the quoted line.
