Topic rules
Team and Business workspaces can now let a topic go out without review on one channel only, for example order status on chat but not on email. Each rule can have a daily limit; after it is reached, drafts in that topic wait in the queue.
Faster drafts on long threads
Long threads are now summarised before the search, so drafts arrive about twice as fast.
