How does billing work?

In the first session we connect your documents, help pages and a year of past replies, and read through the first fifty drafts with you. In the second, a week later, we look at the gaps report together and set which topics may be sent without review.
The setup is a one-off payment. Sessions are held by video call in English, Spanish or German.
