How does billing work?
Hollin
Starter is billed per workspace, not per seat. The price covers one channel, three people and 1,500 drafted answers a month. Answers you send and answers you discard both count; a question Hollin hands to a person does not.
Billing
Monthly billing renews on the same day each month. Yearly billing is paid up front and costs the same as ten monthly payments. You can move to Team at any time; the unused part of the current period is credited on the next invoice.
When you run out of answers
Drafting pauses for the rest of the month and every new question goes to the review queue as a plain question. Add an extra answers pack, or move to Team, to keep drafting.
