How does billing work?
Hollin
Team covers three channels, fifteen people and 8,000 drafted answers a month. It adds the rules that let routine answers go out without review, and the weekly gaps report.
Billing
Monthly or yearly, paid by card or by invoice on yearly billing. Yearly costs the same as ten monthly payments. Extra channels are not sold separately; move to Business for more than three.
Changing plans
Upgrades apply at once and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the next renewal, and topics set to send without review return to the review queue.
