Can a person check answers first?

The review queue holds every draft until a person sends, edits or discards it. Each draft shows its sources, the topic Hollin assigned and how many similar answers the team has approved before.

Topics that go out on their own

On Team and Business you can let a topic be sent without review, for example opening hours or delivery times. Hollin only sends on its own when every claim in the draft has a source. Anything else still waits.

Learning from edits

When a person edits a draft, the change is suggested for similar questions later. Edits never change your sources; they are kept as notes you can read and delete.
